Our 14-day returns promise

We want you to love what you buy. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Change-of-mind returns are offered as a courtesy on top of these rights.

How to return an item

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to return.
  2. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where the item is confirmed faulty.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover all return costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or provider may take a few additional days to show the funds.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty, including personal-care items, mattresses and bedding that have been opened or used, perishable goods, and made-to-order or clearance items marked as final sale. This does not affect your ACL rights.
