These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of bestar.com.au and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by HYGGO PTY LTD (“Bestar”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred), in which case we will notify you and refund any payment in full.

Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. While we take care to display accurate prices and information, errors may occur; if we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is due in full at checkout via one of our accepted payment methods. All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

We aim to describe products accurately, but images and descriptions are for guidance and colours may vary slightly between screens. Products are subject to availability.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the goods or the cost of resupply, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
